Self Defense Mechanism (psikologi umum)

ada 10 macam self defense mechanism , yaitu :

1.   Represi             :      Cara pertahanan dengan menyingkir dari 

                                      perasaan yang mengancam

2.   Fiksasi              :      Terpaku / stag di suatu tahap perkembangan

                                      karena jika ke tahap berikutnya bisa menimbulkan

                                      kecemasan

3.   Regresi             :       Kembali ke fase awal yang tuntutannya tidak 

                                      terlalu besar

4.   Identifikasi        :       Berusaha meniru atau menyerupai suatu objek

                                      untuk memperoleh kepercayaan diri

5.   Reaksi Formasi :       Melebih-lebihkan sikap yang berlawanan dengan

                                      kecenderungan dirinya

6.   Sublimasi          :       Menyalurkan kehendak yang unacceptable kepada

                                      perilaku yang lebih diterima

7.   Proyeksi           :       Mencerminkan sifat-sifat yang tidak dapat diterima

                                      ego ke orang lain

8.   Denial              :        Melindungi diri dengan menyangkal diri

9.   Displacement   :        Mengalirkan energi dari objek ke objek lain butuh

                                      kekuatan penalaran

10. Rasionalisme    :        Pembuktian bahwa perilaku masuk akal dan disetujui

                                      oleh orang lain

malam terpanjangku di awal desember ~

pagi ini gue gabisa tidur ntah kenapa , gila bener-bener deh , sesuatu banget ini ,
pagi ini gue cuman di temenin lagu-lagu dari mp3 bb gue .
uda beberapa kali tuh lagu ke puter , *maklum di bb cuman ada 23 lagu* hahaha
sumpah bosen abis tapi ga bisa tidur zz , bentar lagi mau mandi ahhh kalo begini caranya
wkwkkw , ga nyambung banget yak hahaha

kamiss siang di ruang 402

siang ini pukul 11:50 di univ gue , tepatnya di ruang 402 , lantai 4 ruang kedua , lagi matkul psikologi umum . si kakak senior tiba-tiba masuk haha , seperti biasa kalo ada senior masuk pasti anak-anak kelas gue nyanyi lagu kebangsaan mereka , yaituuu " apa yang dicari .... pagi siang malam petang ,..... " kebetulan yang masuk tadi itu namanya harmoni , biasa di panggil oni ,

ntah ada angin badai apa dia mau masuk kelas kita , tapi katanya sih yaa gara-gara dia mau akrab dan kenal sama kelas gue lebih deket lagi , dan katanyaa itu semua gara-gara kelas gue unik , lucu , bedaa sama kelas-kelas lain , dan katanya juga sih kelas gue solid banget :) emang sih kelas gue super kompak #eaaaa

abis itu si koko oni dengan muka super unyu nya itu ngebagi-bagiin coklat hahaha :)

abis dia bagiin coklat lanjut deh hal yang paling bikin bete , apalagi kalo bukan PERSENTASI!!
hmmm . . .

dan si koko oni pun mengikuti kelas kita sampe selese dengan ditemani oleh koko reinhard hahaha
tetapi beberapa menit sebelum mata kuliah berakhir datenglah senior gue yang satu lagi , yaituu si Akira Sakura hahaha :) tapi dia cuman duduk di belakang dengan busana biru haha . . merekapun mengikuti kelasss sampai selesaii :)
